Anforderungen:
The aim is to broaden and deepen researcher’s individual competence shortly
after having obtained a PhD, in particular in terms of acquisition of multi- or
interdisciplinary skills and intersectoral experiences. The program will
further help to reintegrate researchers into a research career in the Member
States and Associated countries after a mobility experience.
With the aim at increasing the European-wide mobility
possibilities for training and career development, this program is intended to
promote early stage researcher careers with no nationality and mobility
restrictions. Special rules hold in case of documented career breaks and
parental leaves.
