Scholarship Description: The PhD position is funded through the EU FP7 ENVRI project, which aims to facilitate sharing and reuse of data among environmental research institutions. This project is about a database topic, data exchange. Data exchange is about the problem of taking data structured under a source schema and materializing an instance of a target schema that reflects as accurately as possible the source data.
