AMP Bank commenced operations in 1998 as an Australian branchless bank. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMP with a core focus on retail banking, providing retail deposit and residential mortgage products and services that support and compliment AMP’s businesses.

We have an exciting new Sydney based opportunity for an experienced leader to join AMP Bank. The Head of Transformation will sit as part of AMP Bank’s Leadership Team directly reporting to the Bank’s Managing Director. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to play a crucial role in managing and leading the transformation and implementation of the Bank’s strategy.

The Head of Transformation will develop and execute strategies for Banking Products and Services working with Planner channels. The role is responsible for the identification of new sources of Banking opportunities for Planners. The role will lead and manage a range of business initiatives and change management projects for AMP Bank. The Head of Transformation will utilise their exceptional leadership skills, building strong internal and external relationships, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and driving a constructive culture across the bank. As a part of the Bank Leadership Team there will be related leadership team and committee accountabilities for the role.
