Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK) is Canada’s leading all-natural catering
company for child care centres, schools and camps. Every day, we cook and
deliver delicious meals and snacks to over 7,000 children throughout the GTA.

About the Real Food Lunch Club Coach:
A Lunch Club Coach (LCC) is an inspired, enthusiastic ambassador of Real Food who is thrilled to be serving all-natural food to kids at their elementary school. LCC’s are full (or willing to be full) of nutritional knowledge and bite-size tips they can use to inspire kids to try new foods and build lifelong healthy eating habits. You’ll never spot a LCC without a smile on their face or a vegetable close at hand. Special consideration will be given to those whose friendly, outgoing attitude suits an elementary school environment.

The things you’re getting paid to do:
• Set up, serve and clean up Real Food lunches at elementary schools
• Organize and manage volunteer helpers during lunch
• Provide healthy eating tips and tools to kids during lunch
• Communicate weekly with the Lunch Club Coach Coordinator to provide feedback about the Lunch Club
• Attend a minimum of one training session at the Real Food Kitchen
• Help to change the world, one little tummy at a time

• Excellent people skills and sensitivity to people’s needs
• Enthusiasm and energy for the real food movement
• Sound judgment and comfort working autonomously
• An unshakable positive attitude, especially when everything goes wrong
• Interest in socially responsible business

Requirements
• Experience working with elementary school kids
• Read, write and speak English and/or French
• Toronto Public Health Food Handler’s Certificate
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Record Check (Police / Criminal Record Background Check).
