Requirements :
• Female, Degree in Finance, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Enthusiastic, self motivated and team player
• Possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, team player, good follow up and follow through
• Friendly using window application and internet
• Detailed and accurate in work output
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Job Descriptions :
• Part Specialist to help Sales Engineer to identify parts needed, update last price and make quotation to customer accurately
• Enter order to all suppliers (import parts) on time and update any changes.
• Tracking all shipment and make sure the shipment delivery Jakarta/Surabaya on time and coordination with sales team and logistic team.
• Handling all warranty to principal (correspondence data and put in claim form ready for claiming with active coordination.
