An exciting opportunity to see the world as part of Total¿s Exploration and Production (E&P) team has arisen for senior engineers with strong experience and expertise in the required discipline. Our E&P team is active in 42 countries across the globe and current opportunities offer attractive, long-term contracts in various international locations on a family or rotational basis.

As a Planning and Reporting leader, you will be responsible:
To act as the principle interface between the contractors planning departments and the company project team.
To monitor contractors¿ schedules, planning documents and reports and to monitor the progress of project activities.
To create a management-type plan and to verify milestones, identify and analyse potential delays and propose corrective actions.
To control and coordinate project reporting, manage their distribution and provide support to project communication, ensuring consistency of presentations and managing information release requests from contractors.

Required skills
Education
Will hold a degree, or equivalent qualification in technical or project management.
Will have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues and be able to encourage good practice in others.
Will be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Experience
Will have significant experience of working in the oil and gas industry, preferably within Exploration and Production.
Will have a 10 years experience in planning and reporting positions for construction and/or operation (Surface operations ¿ Drilling ¿ Construction).
Will have some people management experience and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Will be adept at working collaboratively and proactively sharing information and expertise with your colleagues.
Will be able to show flexibility and sensitivity in multi-cultural teams and local environments.
Will be able and keen to travel the World and work in a variety of countries.
