Healthcare Manager – (position code: HCM)
Responsibilities:
The Manager is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of an account team or group as it relates to client service, new business development, staffing/personnel issues, staff training and, organizational development, and quality control. The incumbent will work to thoroughly understand company’s various consulting processes/approaches and global capabilities, be able to demonstrate the value of these offerings to clients, and lead all aspects of their planning and execution. He or she also will lead and /or contribute to the winning of new client business.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
– Have at least 7 years of related experience in the agency or corporate communication arena, coupled with a broad understanding of all facets of public relation and communication in healthcare practice area.
– Strong understanding of policy development and issues, as well as have a solid network of contacts within relevant government bodies such as MoH and BPOM
– Experience in health-related issues and crisis management work (e.g. adverse events, product recalls)
– Experience and/or strong understanding in digital health communications
– Have extensive experience in developing and executing successful public relations strategies and communications programs as an agency practitioner is critical.
– A demonstrated track record of be entrepreneurial in spirit and have the interest and capability to manage ambiguous situations.
– Have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of self as well as confidence in his or her abilities to provide sound counsel and recommendations on how the business is operated.
– Have a team player attitude, possess strong leadership qualities and capable of effectively managing a team.
– Have a proven ability to help clients garner support, advance brands and/or corporate/organization reputations by engaging with key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners and/or other businesses/organizations.
– Excellent in written, verbal communication and presentation skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesia).
Senior Consultant Healthcare – (position code: SCH)
Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing the budgets and account teams on sizable pieces of business. The incumbent has agency-wide responsibility for account profitability, new business solicitation and quality of account service and employee development. He or she will supervise an account team to provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients, which includes directing the clients’ programs, providing strategic counseling, growing the existing accounts, developing new business.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
– Have between three to five years of experience in in-house communication or with a consultancy in the area of pharmaceutical and healthcare communications.
– Have extensive experience in developing and executing successful public relations strategies and communications programs as an agency practitioner is critical.
– Strong understanding of policy development and issues, as well as have a solid network of contacts within relevant government bodies such as MoH and BPOM
– Have excellent communication skills and ability to provide sound counsel and recommendations on how the business is operated.
– Have been part of successful teams that showed proven good performance track record
– Excellent in written, verbal communication and presentation skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesia).
