The growth of our portfolio has created the opportunity for a new property manager to join our team. You will be given a portfolio of properties to manage in a defined area located near one of the Universities. You will be responsible for working with the owners to maximise their return from the properties. You will be responsible for letting the properties, maintaining a good and open relationship with the tenants, ensuring that maintenance is attended to and rent paid on time. You will be supported in the role by senior management and a terrific team of colleagues, eager to help you to succeed.
Our preferred candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
• Property management, lettings or sales background
• Experience with Console
• Be dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with our clients
• Enjoy working with students and young people as well as with property owners
• Adopt a professional services approach to client engagement
• Be proactive, enthusiastic and self motivated with a highly professional approach
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be well presented with strong interpersonal skills
• Be highly organised and reliable and give attention to detail
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You must have your own, well presented, vehicle

• Specifically tailored remuneration package. Base of $35 – 40k (inclusive of superannuation) depending on experience plus a performance based bonus.
