Banking Expert – Islamic Banking modules
Kuala Lumpur – Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
Malaysian Banking Expert (Senior Level)
• Experience – greater than 8-10 years
• Work experience in Malaysian Bank
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Banking regulatory reporting
• Good knowledge of Payments processing in Malaysia (Rentas, Clearing, etc.)
Malaysian Islamic Banking Expert (Mid Level and Senior Level)
• Experience – greater than 4 – 5 years and 8 – 10 years
• Work experience in Islamic Bank in Malaysia
• Very good knowledge of Shariah compliance requirements, Islamic Banking products and their processing
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Islamic Banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Islamic Banking regulatory reporting

Responsibilities:
• Professional banker with minimum 8 years experience in Islamic Core Banking implementation/support
• Must have systems knowledge of Syariah compliant products and services in retail deposits and lending : (e.g. Temenos/Silverlake. Path etc.)
• Banking Expert – Islamic Banking modules (Deposits and Lending)
• Professional banker with minimum 8 years experience in Islamic Core Banking implementation/support
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Hands-on experience of being able to take business requirements and translate them into system implementation.
• With analytic capabilities to investigate issues and problems.
• Deliver Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Source System analysis & Extract Design and produce Detailed Design/Mapping Specifications documents.
• Obtain the necessary approvals as per the SDLC process.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Fluency in English
• Work experience in Islamic Bank in Malaysia would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Shariah compliance requirements, Islamic Banking products and their processing
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Islamic Banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Islamic Banking regulatory reporting
