HR & Administrative Assistant
Selangor

Responsibilities:
• To assist HR Executive in daily HR administration.
• To maintain and updating staffs personnel record, managing time attendance, etc.
• To ensure proper documentation, records, report and filing.
• To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
• Must be presentable and FEMALE applicant only.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate in MS Office applications
• Proficient in English, Malay & Chinese.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Able to start immediately
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
