In partnership with its client, Cpl N.I. Ltd., is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a permanent role based in North Dublin.
The Client
This is an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst We are keen to speak to commercially focused, strong, self motivated Business Analysts who would be interested in working with a company who are currently an international leader in their field.
Job Role:
The role of Business Analyst is to work with the business on standards and governance within the company through identifying opportunities to improve its overall quality from which the business derives a commercial benefit.
The Business Analyst will be involved in the following activities:
• Assist the Functional Process & ICT leads in the delivery of their responsibilities.
• Take responsibility for specific areas as agreed with the team leadership.
• Build in-depth knowledge of SAP functionality and configuration by attending training and working closely with on-site consultants and ICT Business Relationship Management (BRM) Leads.
• Participate in design of workshops to define how the required business processes and analytical/reporting requirements may be represented in the solution configuration
• Prepare business process design documents (BPDs)
• Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Carry out the relevant activities in pilot preparation, go live and post-go live support.
• Validate training material developed by the training team.
• Move to the roll-out phase when pilots are complete.
Experience and skill set requirements:
• Strong background in Business Process analysis and improvements
• 4+ years of related Business Process analyst experience
• Knowledge of process and workflow modelling
• Strong system experience within business applications and IT systems
• Openness to change and new ways of working
• Excellent written and verbal skills to all levels of an organisation
• Ability to self-motivate and prioritize your own work
• Solid analysis skills to understand data’s ability to reflect business requirement and metrics
• Ability to clearly communicate issues and requirements
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops
