My client is one of the most rapidly expanding and success driven recruitment companies in the UK, specialising in sourcing candidates up to a very senior level within the IT, finance, engineering and media sectors. They have an established client base consisting of the majority of the FTSE 100 companies in addition to carefully selected SME’s.
They have placed on the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list for two years consecutively, been recognised as a Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For and have a well deserved reputation for excellence amongst their clients and candidates.
Due to ambitious growth plans in their London, Bristol and Manchester offices, my client is actively looking for ambitious graduates of the highest calibre to join them as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with one of the most competitive commission structures available which has allowed many of the company’s top performers to earn six figure annual salaries inside three years from joining. This is an opportunity to advance your career with promotion based solely on results and not length of service within an organically grown company. You will also have the opportunity to qualify for luxury paid holidays and lunch clubs at Michelin starred restaurants.
Progression to Team Leadership can happen as quickly as 12 months for those with the right mindset and my client offers the standard of training to help you reach this objective as soon as your abilities allow.
You will join an industry leading training programme from your very first day, designed to cover all aspects of the recruitment process, allowing you to become an expert in your specialist area. This is a target driven sales role, where you will be canvassing for new business opportunities from prospective clients and headhunting, advertising and networking proactively to source the most sought after candidates in the market.
To be successful in your application, you will be of graduate calibre, ideally with a 2:1 degree or above and any sales experience will be an advantage but is not essential due to the standard of training on offer. You must have an ability to demonstrate a strong track record of achievement throughout your life with evidence of sporting and/or extra-curricular achievement being desirable.
You will be working in a highly competitive industry amongst like-minded individuals so you will need to be naturally competitive, proactive, resilient and determined to excel, with the ability to think laterally under pressure and the confidence and credibility to influence at all levels of seniority.
To be considered for this role, please send your CV to w.duffield@harvardbrown.co.uk or call Will on 0207 956 2099 for more information.
