Job Title: Quantity Surveyors (SURV 06)
Location: Calabar/Port Harcourt
No of Positions vacant: 2
Reporting Line: Shall report to the Maintenance manager
The successful candidate’s duties shall include:
o Preparation of tender documents
o Physical measurements and quantities
o Bill of Quantities/Specifications
The right candidate:
o Must be a HND or BSc. Holder in Quantity Surveying
o Must have at least 10 years relevant working experience.

o Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
o detribalized and able to working multi-cultural team.
o Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
o Ability to communicate very well in oral and written English.
o Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
