Main Responsibilities
• Collection and study of input data , Checking of input data
• Preparation of preliminary and final drawings
• Checking of drawings
• Preparation of precast structural drawings
• preparation & estimation of BOQ in Industrial, Hotel, Commercial and Residential projects.
• prepare detail drawings and as built drawings.
• Prepares MEP builders work & composite drawings.
• Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
• develop detail pipe layout and isometric drawings
• coordinate the ductwork with other trade i.e structural, piping, electrical & interior design
• Prepare duct layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches & Engineering instruction.
• Develop plantroom layout and sectional detail
• Prepare duct sizing from airflow data
• Basic knowledge of airconditioning design
• Conducts site verification as required
• Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
• Secure all company documents at all times
• Performs other related duties as maybe assign by the Superior
Required Qualifications and Experience
• AUTOCAD is a must.
• Diploma/degree civil engineering.
• 3 years plumbing experience.
