SUMMARY:
An Oil & Gas professional with expertise in LNG and FSRU to conduct Technical Financial and Regulatory analysis to support a Feasibility Study for an FSRU project in Ghana.

THE ASSIGNMENT
The firm is presently searching for an Oil and Gas Professional who will be part of our team for a project inGhana to do a Feasibility Study.
Location Ghana
Duration 3-6 months
Functions The key functions for this Assignment will include:
– Research and Analyses of the key project documents and information as required by the project team
– Conduct a Regulatory Review to identify any impediments to project feasibility
– Do a site evaluations and engineering assessments if needed.
– Help organize technical training and workshop sessions
– Provide guidance to the team on the design of any purchase or off take agreements
– Support the project financial analyses with local budgetary, sector, tariff and credit market information
– Support the project team with safety and security information.
Deliverables The key Deliverables for this Assignment will be:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Desirable: MBA
Experience: Minimum: – 10 years in the Ghana Oil & Gas sector or Power sector or both
– Demonstrated knowledge of import and transportation issues for Oil & Gas in Ghana
– Familiarity and experience with interactions with main private and public officials in the Power sector and Oil& Gas.

Desirable: – Experience with port and offshore oil & Gas issues in Ghana.
Other: Should be Citizen of Ghana
