Life Five Attitudes

1. Self-esteem: Self-esteem is what you feel about yourself. Everything you do and how people relate with you is influenced by the feeling of your own worth. People price you according to the price tag you attach to yourself. So at all times, ensure that your self-esteem is held high.

2. Love: Love encompasses what you think about yourself and others. Real love always thinks about what is best for the other person.

3. Faith: Faith is your attitude towards God. Your attitude towards God influences your attitude towards your fellow man and your family members.

4. Hope: Hope is how you feel about your future. According to a popular psychiatrist – Alfred Adler, “Hope is the foundational quality of all change, and it is a great motivator. Hope is the realistic expectation that something good is going to happen”.

5. Forgiveness: Forgiveness is your attitude towards your past mistakes and the wrong-doings of others to you in the past. Your ability to forgive yourself and others affect your future. The negative past incidents impacts your future and will negatively influence your future without forgiveness.

Ensure that you maintain this five life attitudes in your daily life. According to Zig Ziglar, “Maintaining the right attitude is easier than regaining the right attitude”.
