Operations Team Leader- Banking

(Selangor – Damansara Uptown)

Our Client, an established company in the BPO industry, is looking for suitable candidates to fill the above position.

Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the activities of the cheque processing operation team
Streamline work processes to improve efficiency
Provides support to Supervisor in times of absence/need
Assist with training of new staffs and monitor work quality of team members
Provide feedback to Supervisor on performance evaluations of staffs
Troubleshoots technical problems and assists with resolutions where required
Responsible for enquiries and management reporting
Perform data-entry of bank cheque details
Lead operations floor of 20-30 staffs

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Uptown/Damansara Heights.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Good banking operations exp preferred
• Proven track record of leading a team of 20-30 staffs
• Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Good typing speed
• Chinese literate added advantage
• Able to work long working hours
• Min SPM
