Desktop Support Engineer / Technical Support Representative X 10
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Desktop support, Printing support, Peripherals support
• Provide technical service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP phones
• Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
• Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
Requirements:
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
