DKT International is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the post of Sales and Distribution Manager. The successful candidate for this role will be someone entrepreneurial and eager to take on the challenges – and rewards – of a start up organization.
Job Summary:
• Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to further company goals.
• Ensure effective overall strategies for sales and distribution of all DKT products, across channels.
• Manage marketing and distribution strategy to trade to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Manage relationships with logistics distribution partners.
• Responsible for cash flow with DKT clients.
Required Skills or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• People management training, Communication skills development program, Negotiation skills development program
• Minimum 7 years FMCG sales experience, Experience in international company, Track record of successful P&L management and sales growth, Proven track record of managing and inspiring people.
