Job scope:
1.Voucher management system
• Create delivery order for sale of vouchers
• Print expiry date on individual vouchers
• Input voucher details via system before customer’s collection
• Detach vouchers from collected daily sales form for All F&B outlets
• Scan individual vouchers upon vouchers redemption at F&B outlets
• Prepare summary form and invoice the HQ for redeemed vouchers
2. General administrative duties
• Handle incoming calls
• Collect / sort incoming fax & letters and distribute it to the relevant staff
• Keep track of stationery / pantry supplies and order if necessary
• Maintain postage record
• Create delivery order (every Tuesday before 12pm) and pack the requisite items to F&B outlets (every Wednesday before 12pm)
• Sort the collected documents from F&B outlets for finance processing every Wednesday
3. Ad hoc tasks
• Assist the accounts department to perform simple data entry, e.g. petty cash claims and cash sales
• Any other assigned tasks
Pre-requisite:
1. Minimum ‘O’ level and above
2. At least 1 year relevant working experience
3. PC literate especially in MS Excel
4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin
5. Singaporean / Singapore PR
