RVAC Private Limited is an established environmental engineering group with focus in design & build advanced waste handling system (pneumatic waste conveyance system) for high rise residential building, commercial building, institutional campus, etc. Due to its aggressive expansion plan in environmental businesses, we are looking for the following qualified professional to support our growth plan.
General Manager (Operations)
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility of business plan and project execution of pneumatic waste conveyance system includes after-sales maintenance support.
• Plan, develop and implement the annual business plan to meet the company’s strategic business objectives.
• Conceptualize and develop the company brand strategy to become preferred service provider.
• Plan, develop and implement resource planning to meet the project requirement and budget.
• Manage engineering design and project management.
• Develop and execute proper operational system and procedure with the objective of optimum utilization of resources.
• Maintain close liaison with developer, builder, main contractor, architect and governmental agencies.
• A strong sense of analytical ability to understand operational needs, customer requirement and local prevailing government regulation & practices.
• Plan, develop and implement proper training program to achieve level of operational competencies.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical or Civil or any related field, with Business Management knowledge will be an advantage.
• Project Management and Technical Design experience in pneumatic waste conveyance system or similar advanced mechanical waste handling system.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge of mechanical design of vacuum suction system will be an advantage.
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills and able to perform under pressure.
• Must have mature thinking, initiative, able to multi-task and meet datelines.
• A leader with integrity and trust worthiness.
• Computer literate.
• Occasional travelling is required
