Responsibilities:
• Reports to Managing Director (In Yangon)
• Candidates will be responsible for overseeing on-going construction project on-site, mainly on medium density apartment building development;
• Able to plan, direct and coordinate project activities from conception to completion;
• To ensure that project outcomes are successfully achieved;
• Provide input to projects regarding site logistics, installation, safety, sub-contractors, quality, cost control and reporting;
• To indentify technical and construction issues;
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring budgets and financial performance;
• To liaise with Clients, Architects, Sub-Contractors, Builders, Suppliers, etc;
• Internally to liaise with Engineers, Drafters, Finance, Sales & Estimating personnel
Requirements:
• Candidates must be from an Engineering or Architectural background;
• Candidates must possess experiences in construction and contract management in the field of medium density real estate development;
• Good project management experience and skills is required;
• Ability to work under time constraint;
• 3 years contract;
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Service Apartment style accommodation, utility costs, car and driver in Yangon will be borne by employer. One annual economy return flight will be provided.
