In addition, our company provides consultation services for agricultural products import and export, business real estate management, high quality hotel management, environmental protection and water resources utilization. Admin Staff / Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Reception Desk duties / Administrative duties.
• Coordinate and facilitate calendar to schedule meetings , appointments and other activities
• Prepare agendas and ensure action items are followed through
• Travel, flight arrangement
• Organize meetings and functions
• Liaising with people at all levels
• Manage the day to day activities and associated functions
• Handle payroll, government filings and administration.
• Handle book keeping, claims and other simple accounts.
• Carry out ad hoc assignment as instructed by Management

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Human Resource, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking business associates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and MYOB.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
• Position opens to only Singaporean and Singapore PR
