Healthcare/ Lifescience Industry now hiring PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATES/ MEDICAL RECORDS OFFICER/TEMP ADMIN CLERK

Temp/ Perm positions available
Islandwide locations + transport

1) Patient Service Associate – Permanent or Temporary(Able to commit to end November) ($1600 – $1800)

Job scope
• Assist in the registrations of patients (hospitals/polyclinics)
• Provide ancillary support to doctors/nurses (take height/weight/blood pressure/temperature of patients)
• Billing responsibilities
• Assist patients in the collection of medicine from dispensary

Requirements
• Min GCE O levels (3 credits)
• Only Singaporeans may apply
• Malaysians with diploma or degree are welcome to apply

2) Medical Records Officer – Permanent or Temporary (Able to commit 3 months) ($1100)

Job Description:
• To retrieve medical records
• Data Admin
• and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:
• Must be physically fit
• N/O Levels

3) Temp Admin Clerk – Able to commit till End December

Job scopes:
• Assist in Data Entry, Collation of data and other duties for the following:
• Voluntary Opt-in/out HIV Screening Project
• Assist in providing rapid and continuous surveillance for infectious disease outbreaks that could threaten hospital operations, which involves the following:-
• Collating Data & Information i.e. go to the wards to gather details when they are not reflected on any digital systems
• Contact tracing activities by generating ward admission data and identifying contacts for index cases when required
• Carrying out other duties when required

Requirements:
• Has the right attitude towards work
• Good work ethics
• Good time management and able to prioritize the works well
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous and quick in learning
• Good working knowledge in using MS Office applications especially MS Excel (formula / graph functions in MS Excel)
• Able to stay beyond office hours if required
