Joint Committee on Specialist Training Executives (Administration) Jobs Vacancies in Singapore

JCST is an established body tasked to oversee and manage postgraduate training programmes and training for Medical Specialists in 40 specialties and subspecialties of Medicine and Surgery.

With the expansion of our organisation, we are looking for qualified people who wish to learn and be involved in the area of medical administration.

The job will add value to your knowledge and experience in management in the medical industry.

The following position is available:
EXECUTIVES (ADMINISTRATION)

Qualification:
• At least a Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates with 2 years or more of working experience preferably in the medical/ healthcare sector (may be considered for senior position as appropriate)

About The Role:
• Provide secretariat support to the Specialist Training Committees (STCs) and Residency Advisory Committees (RACs) in maintaining and monitoring the training standards and deliverables for specialist training programmes
• Plan, coordinate and execute meetings/activities independently or as a team
• Interact with trainers and trainees to enable effective training
• Liaise with the various medical and healthcare personnel/ institutions
• Collate and compile statistics to enable improvements and monitoring of training
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements:
• Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and independent individual who possess strong administration, coordination, organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines

We offer 5-day work week, 18 days of annual leave, and subsidised medical and dental benefits. Salaries will consumerate with working experience and qualifications.
