The Role
As a Corporate Relationship Consultant, you will be broadly involved in:
Key Account Management:
– Identify and qualify SearchAsia’s consulting services to a multinational client base.
– Understand our corporate clients’ business and assist them in their talent sourcing projects
– Proper management of key accounts through close follow up calls and business meetings to ensure continued and return business
Candidate Relationship Management:
– Source and hunt for the best candidates to suit our client’s business needs and requirements
– Provide appropriate and professional advice to candidates pertaining to their career progression and development
Pre-requisites to join us
• Bachelor degree qualification
• Strong record in sports or other co-curricular activities will have a significant advantage
• Self-driven, positive and energetic personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior experience is required
