Responsibilities:
• Preparation of consolidated accounts of group of subsidiaries
• Financial reporting (statutory and management accounts)
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Evaluating and analyzing financial performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• At least 4-6 years’ relevant post-graduate experience with a listed company/established public accounting firm
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards is required
• Hands-on experience in the preparation of consolidated accounts
• Knowledge of Cognos software will be an added advantage
