Looking for Young, Energetic, Intelligent Sales and Marketing manager to handle Sales for Latest Electronic Gadgets and Accessories.
Job Scope:
• Preparing plans to meet the Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Target Sales.
• Drive Sales team accordingly to the Sales Plan
• Liaise with different buyers for product placement
• Introduction of the New Products
• Opening up New Channels and Avenue
• Training the sales staff
• Preparing & Implementing the marketing programs for the product
• Preparing marketing budgets for various activities.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks.
• Building relationship with customers and key account buyers.
• Implement marketing plan to ensure consistency of brand image and market share locally.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a degree from a Business or Marketing discipline
• At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing related working experience in Electronics
• Confident and able to lead and motivate a Local Sales Team.
• Good team manager and motivator with strong interpersonal skill and leadership qualities
• An excellent communicator who is able to negotiate effectively in English.
