HR Manager/Executive
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function including Human Resource recruitment and selection, compensation, training and development, performance management and employee relations
• To participate in special projects like developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs
• Support office administrative duties such as Work Pass applications and other projects as assigned
• Oversee building maintenance, foreign worker dormitory
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource or Engineering
• Relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in Marine & Offshore industry
• Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MOM EPonline applications
