Position (1):
Retail Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets for retail store
• Train and manage a team of sales staff
• Oversee inventory management and daily store operation
• Implement and improve store operating policies
• Build strong client base through effective sales promotional
• Improve merchandising and visual store displays
• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to attract customers
Key qualities and traits:
• Good retail and sales skills
• Excellent customer skills
• Positive attitude, great enthusiasm and work flexibility
• Willing to work in varying shifts and extended store hours
• Broad knowledge on business, merchandising and marketing
• Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
Position (2):
Retail Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve personal sales target
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Execute daily store operation policies
• Monthly stock-take and ensure proper inventory management
• Any other duties assigned by the company
