Accountant ( Based in Kuala Lumpur City,Malaysia )
The Position is Suitable for Accounting Professionals who wish to Based back in Malaysia Permanently
Duties:
Monthly & Year End Closing of Company Account for Singapore Office
Proper Allocation of Expenses & Preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
Responsible for maintaining the General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
Preparing monthly audit schedules.
Preparing journal entries for monthly recurring accruals and adjustment entries.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the GL coding and descriptions before submission for approval.
Preparing the Fixed Assets Capitalisation application and monitoring of Capex application.
Assisting in preparing the annual operating and capital budget.
Ensuring statutory tax compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, India, China and Vietnam.
Preparing the quarterly GST filing in a timely and accurate manner.
Assisting in submission of Singapore Income Tax return and India Tax Return.
Assisting the cycle and year end stock take at Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Responsible for liaising with external auditors, tax agents and government agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Professional Certifications in Finance/Accountancy ( ACCA / CIMA / MIA or equivalent ).
5 – 8 Years of Relevant Accounting Experience
Knowledge with SAP / Hyperion have Added Advantage.
Accounting Experience in Oil & Gas Industry and Knowledge with Singapore Statutory Requirements is an advantage.
Willing to be Based in KL, Malaysia on Permanent Basis
Able to Meet Deadlines & Work Independently.
