Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for Customer Support business planning, budgeting and forecasting, and conduct business in accordance to organization objectives
• Ensure the achievement of annual Customer Support budget and profit contribution
• Review the performance of systems or equipment and implement corrective actions to improve its performance
• Manage a group of Customer Support Engineers & Technicians to deliver highest level of quality customer support services to customers
• Handles customer feedback/complaints
• Based current contracts you need to build rapport and relationship and contact clients to enquire if there is a need upgrading of the system and if renewals contracts are needed
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in managing customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Travelling within South-East Asia is required when needed
