Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager – Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
• Manage Compensation & Benefits related matters
• Assist in reviewing & implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations
• Ad-hoc HR projects and assignments

Requirements
• Degree in related discipline
• 5 years HR experience with strong focus in Compensation & Benefits
• Conversant with Labour legislation and HR practices
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player

• Salary from $4000 – $5000
