You will be a junior lawyer who has construction law experience and would like to join a mid-tier. The Partner and Senior Associate you will work with are both ex-top-tier.
You will be afforded a great deal of on-the-job training, mentoring and opportunities for direct client access.
Work on interesting construction and infrastructure matters for high profile clients such as large principals, contractors, select consultants and other prominent names in the market. Work on construction contracts and building industry agreements, and on security payments and security enforcement work for large Bank clients.
In addition, your work will involve debt recovery, litigation, project planning, management and supervision, as well as advice and dispute resolution in respect of the Building & Construction Industry Security Payment Act.
Your advice work includes contract preparation for large residential, commercial and multi-purpose projects, developing innovative contractual solutions for particular projects, and the publication of papers and presentation of seminars on new industry developments.
