Job Vacancy in Kenya for a Food and Beverage Manager

One of our clients would like to feel the following position

Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities
• Overseeing all personnel and administration matters in Food and beverage department
• Ability to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production cost
• Demonstrate high level of integrity, managerial and interpersonal skills
• Attend all food and beverage meetings and coordinate with the convener in charge
• Prepare food and beverage report and brief the general manager
• Can work under pressure and attend to members queries
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the general manager

Qualification
• A degree from any recognized university
• Diploma from Kenya Utalii College
• At least 5 years working experience in the same position
• Fully computer literate and knowledge of food and beverage control
• Minimum of four years experience at management level in hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a private members club will be an added advantage
