Executive Chef
Responsibilities
• Report to the Food and beverage manager and the General Manager
• Ability to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production cost.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and interpersonal skills.
• Prepares reports and brief the food and beverage manager.
• Can work under pressure and prepare meals of big number of members.
Qualifications
• A diploma from Kenya Utalii College or any other recognized institution (food Production)
• At least 5years working experience as a chef or sous chef in a three or four star catering outlet.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of food and beverage controls and can prepare attractive and juicy menus
• Previous experience in a private members club will be an added advantage
