Our client, a global Fortune 300 company, is currently looking for a Sales and Technical Support to join them.
Responsibilities:
• Execute process gases sales plan according to forecast goal and business development plan.
• Grow market share at all key accounts and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Primary sales and technical focus on the UpTime product line.
• Assist to identify gaps in Praxair Electronics product (Specialty gases) specifications/quality and explore areas for competitive advantage.
• Support Sales Manager to take appropriate actions to optimize company operating profits and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Sustain stable efforts to realize company’s targets for account receivable collections.
• Provide timely and reliable market update and competitors’ information in S.E,A. region.
• Support Sales Manager on various sales/marketing/customer service activities as per requested.
• Attend and resolve internal, fields and customers technical related issues.
• Coordinate with internal resources to conduct quality, qualification and performance related sales and technical activities.
• Convey customer requirements to factory expert through RFO and technical specification review.
• Implement product specification database and test performance update and follow up.
• Make sustained, stable efforts to transfer the technology from US, Europe and Asia to build up local technical capability.
• Conduct technical presentation and training to specialty gases customers.
• Implementation of good safety practice in all the sales activities.
Requirements:
• Tertiary Degree in Engineering; Semiconductor specialization preferred
• 2-3 years successful experience in sales and technology operations and/or high customer orientation
• Exposure or experience in multi-cultural company preferred
• Knowledge of the electronics industry and the specialty products and services provided are an advantage
• Team player with high interaction skills.
• Knowledge of package gases or dangerous goods will be an advantage.
