OPENING FOR A CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE FOR A MAJOR STEEL COMPANY IN UGANDA- AFRICA REQUIRES
Qualification: Chartered Accountant preferably with MBA Finance.
– Having Min 15 yrs exp with min 5 years in a manufacturing industry.
Should have a powerful personality and be able to deal with leading World financial institutes like International Monetary Fund etc , world bank etc.
– Would have responsibility heading a team of a Plant manager , Production Manager , Chief Accountants / Managers handling insurance related function , Corporate Representation , Liaison with government authorities and ministries , IMF , World Bank.
– To expedite all legal proceedings , Overall responsibility of all Raw Materials and trading items , allocating transports for shipping raw material etc, Preparing of Financial model for the new project, Regular statistical report about the market shares and importation, To finalize Balance sheet and liaise with Statutory Auditors, Analyze MIS and budget reports.
– Reporting to the Board of Directors.
