Responsibilities:• Take Lead in Process improvements and Qualification in wet process section
• Lead introduction, qualification and industrialization of new raw materials, products, equipments and process
• Conduct market study to gain knowledge of latest technological developments and implement relevant improvements
• Find opportunities for cost reduction and take cost reduction initiatives as per annual cost reduction plan
• Work closely with counterparts in France to exchange and implement the best practices, methods and technology
• Lead OEE, Quality and productivity improvement projects with production/APU team
• Formulate Systems, Procedures, and introduce necessary tools needed for the process improvements to be done
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Material / Chemical or relevant engineering field
• 3-5 years of process engineering experience with some project management experience
• Experience in new chemical process development is preferred.
• Experience in Chemical etching, copper cleaning are required.
• Additional experience in black hole, plated through hole, Au-Nickel plating, Pd plating etc are preferred.
• Familiar with FMEA, SPC and other process improvement tools
