Responsibilities:Ensure that the completion of job meets to quality standards specified by the factory, to provide training and coaching so as to motivate and ensure performance of the team (technical advisors and technicians)
Able to lead and motivate his team of technical advisors and technicians
Oversee that Technical advisors monitor on the quality of job produced by the team’s technicians and ensure that the teams meets to the agreed datelines of Executive – Customer Service
Assist in difficult repairs and trouble diagnosis according to instructions mentioned in the diagnosis manuals to avoid re-work
To test customers’ vehicles when necessary for the purpose of diagnosis and after completion of repair
To meet up with difficult customers as and when required to explain on product details or for the purpose of trouble diagnosis on special cases
Responsible for consolidation of technical problems and re-work jobs through his subordinates for department’s action.
To hold monthly meetings with his team members
To initiate orders for special tools, common tools and equipment as and when required
Able to ensure good house keeping of the work area is maintained at all times by his team
Complies to all rules and regulations stipulated by the company on general code of conduct and on safety
Assist his superior on implementation of system, changes, rules and regulations
To provide training and coaching to ensure that quality standards are met
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Automotive Industries is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Command 5-10 staff daily.
