ENGINEERING MANAGER
(Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

Responsibilities:
You will lead the Engineering Department and report to the GM. Your role is to ensure accurate and timely project implementation, and full support to the manufacturing.
• Overall responsible for Engineering Department, including project, product, process, technical support, testing and industrial engineering.
• Accountable for managing new projects, participating in DFM and development of products, liaising with customers on the specifications and requirements relating to projects/products, reviewing and approving ECN, trial run results and production releases.
Qualification & Experience:
• Possess a Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechatronics or Electronics
• 10 years’ experience in contract mechatronic and moulding manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position.
• Familiar with working in ISO 9001,TS 16949 and ISO14001 environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers in project implementation, design of test and production equipment, troubleshooting and improvement of manufacturing processes and products.
• Hands-on engineering exposures in trouble shooting, yield sustaining, problem solving and preventive maintenance programs
• Possess strong leadership qualities, initiative and able to work effectively
