Clements Health is a national supplier of staffing solutions to healthcare facilities. Our clients are reputable Hospitals and Aged Care facilities across Australia.
One of our key client’s facilities is looking to recruit Registered Nurses for their facility located in Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast, one of the most popular retirement areas in NSW. They are the largest privately owned Aged Care provider in Australia. The facility is a 160 bed high/low care and has a 10 bed specific dementia unit.
The Role
A position exists for passionate and energetic Registered Nurses to continue the positive services and successful management of this high and low care facility. They have can offer most shifts to the right candidates.
An excellent facility, seeking caring, passionate and motivated RN’s, keen to continue taking it from strength to strength as a fully occupied, highly regarded site within the business.
Responsibilities will include
• Staff management
• Complete resident care
• Commitment to team work and the team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Mandatory and Desirable criteria
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery board (M)
• Minimum 1 years post graduate experience (M)
• Sound proven written and verbal communication skills (M)
• An understanding of ACFI (D)
• Previous Aged Care experience (D)
