This organisation based at Rydalmere seeks an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative. As the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will need to have a sense of urgency and enjoy working in a busy friendly, family orientated team environment. The Customer Service Representative needs to be a mature minded professional person, who is committed to excellence.

As the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will responsible for, but not limited to:
• Receiving inbound calls from their consumers
• Handling inbound enquiries from customers about products and services
• Handling complaints and issues, ensuring that all customer service enquiries are handled in a fast and timely manner
• General administration duties

Working as the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will need to have:
• Minimum 2 years local customer service experience
• Strong problem solving ability
• Computer literacy
• Attention to deal
• Own transport
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Energy, motivation and be able to perform under pressure &
• Outstanding time management skills
