Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Job Descriptions:
Undertake quantity surveying as required to support the following:
» Concept, detail design, and analyses and /or calculations to enable the preparation of documentation
» Assist in preparing documentation for the calling and evaluation of tenders
» Preparation of Cost Estimates
» Undertake contract administration duties on projects as assigned including but not limited to; site inspections, assessment of financial claims and variations
» Prepare reports for clients on matters relating to engineering services (commercial issues)
» Provide general support and advice on various aspects of M&E services
Requirements:
» Diploma or degree in the area of building related to Engineering or Quantity Surveying course
» Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation of M&E works costing for building construction projects
» Knowledge in NSC contract administration would be an advantage
» General understanding of building services beyond own discipline
» Good communication skills and must be self-motivated team player
» Able to work under pressure and independently
