P-Serv Personal Assistant Job Vacancy in Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES:•To providing secretarial and administrative support
•Scheduling of meetings/appointments
•To handling calls and correspondences,
•To do filing of documents
•Assist in preparation of meeting materials, and
•To support the Director and Legal Support Centre in other day-to-day administrative work

REQUIREMENTS:
•You should be a Singaporean / SPR
•Possess a Diploma in any discipline; or Full GCE ‘A’ level Certificate (including General Paper); or a Nitec in Office Skills; or at least 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including English or Mathematics
•with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
•Have good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
