Sales and Marketing Support Executive
Responsibilities:
• Manage and co-ordinate with other departments and branch offices on daily operational duty.
• Responding to customers’ enquiries and updating customers’ database.
• Work closely with the overseas suppliers involvement in negotiation of pricing, on-time delivery schedule and other production matters.
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating Long Term Agreement and managing supply base.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns including seminars and exhibitions in Singapore and other countries.
• Work closely with web support engineer to design marketing materials such as poster and development of company website.
• Other ad-hor duties including minimum admin support role.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma holder in electrical/electronic or related engineering fields with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Candidate with non-related qualification but has related knowledge is encourage to apply
• Good communications and inter-personal skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if keen to learn
• Occasional Travel is required
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
