HR Executive
Role
Handle HR duties and provide support services to the Operations of the Business
• Assist in Reviewing, Developing and Implementing HR Policies, Plans, Processes and Programs
• Preparation of employment contracts /offer letters, handle On-boarding and Orientation of New Hires
• Make travel and stay arrangements for foreign staff
• Maintain employee database and generate MIS / Statistical reports for Management Decision Making
• Responsible for collection of monthly time sheets and maintaining leave records of staff
• Provide secretarial/ admin support to Managing Director of the company
• Handle general office administration
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Related Discipline
• Minimum (1) One Year of experience in HR Generalist role
• Understanding of Employment Act, HR Processes and Practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good Written and Interpersonal Communications Skills
