Work Management Clerk
Greater Toronto, ON
Responsibilities:
-Data input of work requests for various types of work performed by the utility
-Investigation of existing work requests
-Resolution of incoming inquiries from internal and external customers
-Flexibility to move amongst job areas within the Work Management Center as required
Qualifications:
-Minimum of secondary school education or equivalent
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and team related skills
-Excellent organization, analytical and investigation skills
-Results oriented; able to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance
-Excellent keyboarding skills (45 wpm)
-Strong computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
-Preference will be given to those applicants with previous work management software experience
-Preference will be given to those applicants with previous billing, meter or Operations experience
