The right candidate must have strong Receptionist cum Stenography skills.
Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties
• Documents Receipt & Forwarding
• Transport arrangements
• Flight Bookings
• Stenographer Duties
• Secretarial Duties including appointments
• Office Admin
• HR Duties
• Advantage
Minimum Requirements:
• Must have strong administration skills
• Must have Secretarial skills
• Office Management skills
• Sales & marketing added advantage
• Initiative
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
