Skills required:
– Must have experience working in a similar position at 5* establishments
-Excellent understanding of 5* fine dining food
– Passionate about food and it’s presentation. Should be up to date with latest food trends in the industry
– Excellent kitchen management skills. Should be capable to train, mentor and lead a local kitchen brigade
– Outgoing personality as the successful candidate will interact with guests
– Stock taking, ordering
– Ability to maintain excellent food costs
